Alcohol during the storm?!

I went out again for something. Passed by the state store and beer distributer. I could see long lines through the window, full parking lots, and traffic. (this is in a little town in PA). I can't get over how many people are buying booze for the hurricane. It was busier than the holidays. What are they going to do, get drunk while the storms on and they are out of power? {#emotions_dlg.lol}

I don't get it, but I am not a "drinker" Well I guess? its helping the economy. Not a good situation at all, but everyone is shopping anyway.
