I'm guessing Aisles has become more of a burden than an asset and that even Murdoch recognizes that.

I don't suppose we will ever hear the true story. I'm sure there is alot going on behind the scenes though.

Ailes should have pushed out long ago. Another "rich", "powerful" male taking advantage of females, who had to put up with his "sexual remarks and sexual advances" to keep their jobs. I always believed Gretchen Carlson. Hope many other women come forward with their stories.
I'm sure most of the people "behind-the-scenes" knew what was going on for years.
ShowBiz (and other businesses) are full of perverts!!!!! They need to be removed.

Steve Doocy is named in Gretchen's lawsuit as well, but no one saying much about him.
I have to say that I never really liked Steve Doocy and don't think he is that good. With Fox hiring his son just out of college, that seemed a bit odd, though I think Peter does very well.
I have watched Fox News for years. Frankly for me, just the fact that the always young, thin and pretty women wear short, sleeveless dresses year round, NEVER pants, is enough for me to think a sexist man is at the helm.

He may be out but not relative to the allegations because he hasn't been to court as yet.

We don't know this. From what that article posted say, the investigation - including talking to current employees - isn't good for Ailes. We don't know why and it could be there's much more to have grievances about at Foxnews than what Carlson has brought up. We don't know why Ailes' days are probably numbered. A good journalist would not be jumping to conclusions.

Oh the irony.
