It stresses me out only because I want them to be comfortable and enjoy their visit but they are welcome. Not everyone has the extra money to spend on a hotel or depending where you live, availability and I would want that to be a requirement for a visit.

Petunia, even as a tiny kitten, did not like visitors.  Tess is 14 and strangers are a no no.

 

As to being old and crank, lol, yep and not afraid to admit it.

 

That being said both DD and I made sure our guest had a good time.


@CrazyKittyLvr2   I don't think you are being an old crank.  The only sleepover guest I want is my grandson.  Everyone else can stay home.
