Ethan Couch has been moved to a Big Boys Jail !

Ethan is being detained in an adult jail as opposed to the juvenile

facility while he awaits his hearing. I believe I heard he turns 19

in April.

Ethan Couch is only looking at 3 years max.  People are acting like he is looking at life in prison, which is perplexing.

What I've read said he is looking at about 120 days if the case is kept in juvenile court.  However if the prosecutor gets it moved to adult court then he could have to serve out the remainder of the 10 years probation, which at this point is more like 8 years since he was sentenced in 2013.  Being moved to an adult jail doesn't mean anything since the judge hasn't ruled yet about moving his case to adult court.

Hmmm, kills people I love while a minor driving drunk and gets probation or gets to spend up to three years in adult prison for not learning a lesson from his original crime.  Nothing perplexing about it to me.

Three years or even three days while not satisfying is better than zero days behind bars.

He clearly did not learn anything while on probation but I can almost guarantee he will get an education while incarcerated.

There's no way he is spending 8 years behind bars for jumping bail and probation violations.

Except you are not acknowledging the fact that the judge gave him probation for the vehicular manslaughter charges.  I don't like it, but that ship has sailed......

What do you think happens when there is a violation of probation terms?  It is not ignored by the courts he is violated and if found guilty of the violation is subject to serving whatever remains of his original term.  He was effectively given 10 years for his crime and if probation is recinded he goes to jail or in this case prison because of the length of time owed.

I know what happens, however if it's ok with you, I agree with the experts that predict he will serve very little time.  It's ok if you don't agree.

He probably will.  He comes from $$$ which will be funneled to his prison account to PAY his prison protectors from Bubba & dem.

Or he can walk around prison w/this tattoo...

Now if they send him to a prison like HBO OZ, that's a whole different story. Smiley Happy
