She can't even begin to know how little I care about the conditions she and her son are dealing with in jail.   I'm sure it's nowhere near as painful as what the families of those killed by the son are coping with every day.

These people are out of touch with reality at best, and probably have mental issues which cause them to behave the way they have.  I'm glad they are in custody.

ITA - she should be awake at night thinking of the poor families who are in agony because of her son.

If the law says you must pass competency exams, both written and driving, in order to have a drivers license, why oh why can't someone come up with a competency exam you must pass before you're allowed to have children?

Yeah, I already know the reason .....   just thinking out loud ...... so to speak.
