What a sweet sight. I let my kitty control me. When she sits on my lap and purrrs while I rub her whiskers and behind her ears and its makes me happy. However, I am at fault, and have over fed her and now she is limping. I am cutting back her food to just a cup a day. She is severely overweight and I dont want her to  break a bone, She is so sweet and cute [grey and white] I'd never forgive myself if something happened to her at 25 pounds.

@hsawaknow

Are you feeding her mainly kibble or both wet and dry food?   Dry food is higher in carbs and more calories.   You might want to try  the Iams Healthy Weight food for Indoor Cats ... it's a white and turquoise bag.   If your kitty is 25 pounds, I doubt she can do much running on the treadmill.   Heart

Good advice @Tinkrbl44.

I also would take her to the vet to

get advice @hsawaknow.

That sweet face! I swear, I'd have 310 cats if I could! My "boys" are my angels.

I love my family, my fur boys, my Jayhawks and accounting!
