Tee hee @Irshgrl31201 this place suits me just fine . . . now one of my neighbors immediately informed me this place "was a dump" . . . hey, ouch I just got here dude . . . oh goodness I knew it wasn't Shangri La but I think dump is a bit harsh . . .

It always amazes me the "positive" first encounter others will greet a new acquaintance with. Sounds like Mr. Positivity, and I am sure he wonders why nothing ever goes his way! lol! I am sure your new place is just perfect!

Just before he died (feeling sick no doubt) he stopped for a photo with a fan.  No one knew of his illness except his immediate family.

Dave Chapelle was somewhere at a Concert and came on stage to give his condolences.
