How long after shipping do you just accept the fact that your order was lost or stolen? I ordered on 12/29, which shipped 12/31, and hasn't moved from the orginal UPS location since 1/1. Gotta say, I'm bummed it appears I'm eating that money paid. Smiley Frustrated

I would think you'd get your money back.

Re: Accepting shipment is lost

If coming from QVC...I have to give it 2 full weeks.

less than that from any other retailer.

Re: Accepting shipment is lost

My order was the same but by mail and they couldn't,t track it.  I e mailed a statement to CS BECAUSE I DID not like the answer by CS on phone, I think she was new.  I received what I thought was a generic response.  There is more to it than what I am saying here.I ACTUALLY GOT A PHONE CALL FROM CS AND VERY HELPFUL. SHE SAID THEY DO CARE.  I have mentioned AMAZON CS CAN DO MORE FOR CUSTOMERS.

First holidays and bad weather and no update on mail from PO.  What made me upset was the CS on the phone said they had plenty of the item I ordered on Hot pick, but when I went to order, she said she couldn't, The item number would not come up. I said it,s on AUTO DEL., so I should be able to get it now.  It was a great price.

It came ten days later.  The CS THAT CALLED ME VERY HELPFU, BUT COULD NOT HELP ANY OTHER WAY, BUT TRIED.

I just emailed you. I waited to see if it would move this morning, but it didn't.

Re: Accepting shipment is lost

Why would you eat the money and not the sender?

Last summer i ordered something from Evine and it didn't arrive..it was stuck in a local PO hub...I called and they said to give it il 8/5 and email them for replacement..we then  went on vacation - I come back and that Monday I go to my order to request a replacement but first checked the tracking to get all the info needed and low and behold it was out for delivery that day...where it sat for three weeks - not a clue..and it did arrive. I wonder if it fell or got stuck someplace..

Re: Accepting shipment is lost

When a company tells you 7 to 10 business days for delivery, that's what you should expect and if you don't receive it by then the initial shipping problem should be on them. Afterall your account was charged the minute the item was shipped and as long as you notify CS they should take care of it. I buy from the Q because of the way they do business, I can items cheaper and with free S&H elsewhere, but from my experience I know I can trust the Q if I have an issue. That QVC Social Team is the best!

Had the same thing happen to me awhile ago with an order. Waited the allotted business days for delivery, and was also checking the tracking. Seemed that the package got to UPS, but never left there. Unfortunately, the item was sold out, and QVC only offered me a refund. Why in the world would you have to "eat the money" for a lost item? If you didn't receive it, you shouldn't have to pay for it. Adding that the item never showed up, to this day.
