Yes, forgot to mention that I was very pleased with the Pre-lit (battery-operated) Christmas Wreath I bought last year - It was beautiful. ♥

And I'm actually wearing a pair of Cabin Socks that have been amazing this (unusually cold) winter - Will definitely order another pair soon.

I'm getting excited now. I've been filling a Temu cart for awhile now, but not buying.  This very moment, heh, 

(added:  I saw this gorgeous, "cute-as-a-button" wreath, I sure would like also.  is unusual, not the usual Red/Green, so I could last longer seasonally.)

I often do something on my laptop or my phone and the other device has an ad relevant.  If you think they don't share data you are probably mistaken.  If you have one shopping or social media app on your phone that you access on your laptop thats all they need via cookies.

I don't click on anything, type out the url instead.

I have a great ad blocker and in all these years have gotten ZERO pop up ads.

It wasn't an .gov website, it was a spoofed name that you clicked on.  Dont ever click on anything, type out the url.

Gotta say, I personally was never asked to check on "status" on a government website.  So not "we, all of us."  I think you got scammed in some way.  Happens to the best of us.
