@SydneyH if true that is sad he will lose his job, but had he done a 2am check, AH if he was intent on hanging up, he could have done it 2:05 am. And not be discovered until 3am. If he followed  the rules he would have his job.

I dunno, he prepped his cell quite vigorously and he was a high profile prisoner.  You don't bend the rules when it comes to your job expectations imo......

@SydneyH. Cell blocks are big places, maybe only one officer at night? Even if required rounds are done stuff can still happen and does. From all accounts he showed no signs of his intent.

True but we now know he had been plotting this for a couple of days, secondly...there is camera footage, not sure how much it covers though..........The big story round here is the Odin family threatening to sue the Patriots.

@SydneyH. Oh don't misunderstand me the co should have made his rounds, but inmates are resourceful. They study co habits, and schedules, he could have waited until this co was on duty. He could have given another inmate something to cause a commotion at the other side of the block. Who knows?

Boy, someone has to unpack that one for me.

How would his employer be liable?

I think the implication is that they knew he was a thug and kept him on the team anyway.

He definitely should have made his rounds. I think he deserves to be fired.  They are checking into the serious smuggling of drugs into that institution.

Um...with the NFL, I think "The Line Forms to the Left."

Good luck, Odin Estate.

You're way down on the list.

The house is still for sale. Bad karma.
