ARRRGGGGHHH!!! Hosts ordering a sure sell out when the program is on.

I realize this has been discussed at length, but I'm stewing. On today's program with Lori Goldstein, Shawn mentioned she knew an item would sell out, so she had friends order a few of that particular item for her. During the show, she was so ecstatic, because she said " I knew it was going to sell out, I'm glad I had friends place my order".

Wrong! The customers should have first chance to order, then when the program is over, the host can place their's.

I sent a message to C.S. regarding this and asked for a reply.
