ANYONE WATCHING EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS?

I just watched the 1st episode-"rachel"

She looked gorgeous after the 1 year.

It seemed to me like her mom and dad were trying to sabatoge her.

The first 3 month goal for her by her trainer was to lose 80 lbs and she did it. It's amazing that she lost 160 lbs in just 1 year!
