I still have a wall phone in my kitchen. My cord is better than that. Can't be without it.  I have been in my house for 43 yrs. It's just something I cannot give up.

@branny  - Me, too! I have one just like it and use it all the time but, also, with a neat cord.

Oh, yes!  Back in the day, this looked like my phone at home!  I purchased an extra long cord so I could move all around my room!  Back in the day we didn't have cordless and cell phones, so this is what we had to do!  The cord often got all tangled up and was a mess!

Growing up, we had that type phone.  However, there were never any issues with the cord.

I remember the princess phone but not the tangled phone cord.

I will always have a corded phone, if the power goes out I still have phone service.

Yes, absolutely! I still have one in white in my kitchen. The conversations I have on the phone sound so much better on my landline than my cell. I'm keeping it!

No land lines in my area all phones are voice over IPs
