Re: ANY POO-POURRI USERS HERE?

I got Vanilla Mint at Bed, Bath and Beyond about a year ago. It was $10.  I hate the smell-would rather smell the "other".

You can make your own rather cheaply with some essential oils. Lots of recipes on Pinterest about it.

To me, the scent of the product is a non-issue.  It's not like you'll be wearing it as a cologne; it's flushed down the toilet.  The important part is the fact that the product works, which I can also attest that it does.

Re: ANY POO-POURRI USERS HERE?

I remember laughing the first time I saw the Poo Pourri presentation, and thought it was silly .... and overpriced.   Then I saw that the ratings were very high, so it obviously works.

A couple weeks ago I saw a product in the dollar store called Fresh Drop ... same product, tiny bottle with a screw on cap.  Perfect as a "sample" ... and it worked surprisingly well!      There are probably other "generics" out there .... or on their way to retailers now.

yes, we use it.......and i am one of those people that DO give it as a christmas gift. i gave a set to my mom because she has some "issues"  that were caused by an accident and multiple surgeries 12 years ago.

i keep them in all of my bathrooms. i also do what another poster suggested and use perfumes that i dont care for in this capacity.

right now in my own bathroom i have the scent "call of the wild." i tend to prefer the citrus/fruit scents.

i also use "shoe-pourri."

check out their website.....they are currently running a 22% off with the code that is listed on their homepage.

Re: ANY POO-POURRI USERS HERE?

The stuff really works! I buy the small bottle (set/5) collection and have one bottle in each bathroom as well as in my purse. My elderly emother uses a bedside commode at night due to mobility issues, and she has a little bottle next to her bed.

I prefer the citrus-y scents but all that are in the set/5 collection are pleasant enough. If I remember, there is one that is rather heavy though.

I think you'd be pleased with any of the scents, but if you are uncertain you can't go wrong with something citrus.
