Unfortunately Anna doesn't have much in the way of skills but if she did choose to leave she could start at the bottom by cleaning office buildings or something and work her way up. Who knows, if she got out she could start with a entry level job and maybe someday after being deprogrammed end up writing a book and becoming successful. After all, lots of women who are part of the Warren Jeps cult have broken away and made it.

Everything about this family is suspect. I feel so sorry for the children and grandchildren. I find Jim Bob to be a phony. He likes to portray the good husband and father but his actions say otherwise. With 19 children living, another infant deceased, and miscarriages, obviously he has no concern for the health and wellbeing of his wife. Michelle has become his maid servant, even telling her engaged daughters to always be available for their husbands. Teaching children to live by the Ten Commandments is a good thing. Twisting God's words to suit your own selfish needs is quite different. These children have not had a normal upbringing. The older girls are responding for raising the younger children. The various restrictions placed on the children are unrealistic. However, trotting the family out for tv, thereby making millions of dollars, is terrible. The children have no say in what is filmed, even very personal areas of their lives. IMHO the parents have taken the Lord's name in vain by exploiting their children for financial gain.

As for Josh, he should, at the very least, not have any contact with any children. And, YES, he has admitted to crimes which are punishable by law. He should be prosecuted.

I have to agree with some of the other postings that this family has become money grubbing phonies. I do not feel it applies to all the children, obviously, but I blame the head manipulator......the father. Mrs. Duggar does anything he says, agrees to anything he says too...and you can show evidence of that by the amount of children they have.

I would have said something nastier and more graphic, but I know my post would have been taken down and I would have been banned.

I read only 3 have a GED.

I think the younger ones got lost in the shuffle. Educating them doesn't seem to be a priority
