AIG and Prospective Lawsuit

Anyone hear about this in the news? I heard it this morning on ABC. Apparently their former CEO started it, and they are trying to decide whether to join the suit or not. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you, and the claim is to defend the shareholders, which they cared little about when they got themselves in the mess in the first place. #Unmitigated gall. I apologize if this has already been posted.
