ACER 15.6" LCD

On HSN now $499.90 S&H $13. 5 Flex 9.98 month. Laptop & webcam. Is it a good deal? I love the IPAD 2, but it doesn't do flash and I want that also. What do you think ladies? You guys know better than me.
