Not a QVC issue but still has me scratching my head in frustration. 4/10. Ordered two pieces of Ralph Lauren clothing on line from Macy's. received confirmation saying pieces would be shipped separately. 4/11. received two separate E mails saying both packages had been shipped giving 2 separate tracking #'s. 4/12 Package 1 went via FedEx to my local Post Office and was delivered 4/12 4/14. Package 2 went through two separate UPS facilities and was delivered to the Post Office at Dulles, Va 45 minutes west of my home. 4/15 package went north to the Post Office In Philadelphia, Pa. from there it continued its trip away from me going further north to the Post Office in Jersey City, NJ. 4/16 still in New Jersey. estimated delivery date is 4/19. What the heck???

It could have something to do with whether or not they were sent from different warehouses.

I'm in NJ and have ordered from NYC. The packages were sent to a Chicago central facility then back to NJ.

There is never a logical explanation.

I once sent a Penzey's order to my son in Reno, it was shipped from Wisconsin, made many transfers, FIANLLY got to Sparks ( Reno) then for some reason, was NEVER delivered and I could track it and see it was on its way BACK to Wisconsin!

So weird!

Macy's ships from its stores rather than warehouses, in most cases, so they were likely sent from two separate stores.

I guess we should be amazingly happy when a package does arrive on our porch! lol
