A tale of 3 ordering experiences >

Ordered 2 tatcha serums , from QVC Sunday , still preparing

Ordered 4 vitamins , from IHERB , came today

Ordered a large order from Daily Harvest Monday ,came today

I am sorry but QVC stinks at orders , i don't live in California , but why can't they get things at least shipped out , i really think if they want to stay in business , they have got to make some big changes.  I understand weather and pandemic , but there is a lot of competion , the only reason i ordered from QVC is the easy pay , i saved $ 8 on 1 serum so that took care of the shipping ,or i would have ordered from Sephora. Now in will say i ordered from Paula's Choice the same day , and it won't be here until the 17 th , so that is worse.

It sounds like two of your orders came straight from the vendor.

Does Tatcha's website have your serums in stock? QVC may be having difficulty in receiving orders from them in a timely fashion.

I've noticed that when you do receive an order from QVC quickly, it is because you are getting it directly from the vendor.

I have similar ordering experiences with different places. I just think QVC is the slowest retailer I've ever dealt with. You almost come to expect the tortoise route.
