already feeling good......had a good nights sleep and woke up refreshed. so far the new year is going well. may have a cocktail later to make me a bit more mellow. going to RELAX today!

@qualitygal  That DOES sound awesome, the summertime one's that are just beyond compare!  Unfortunately, I've never felt the same way about a ripe, juicy peach since "Call Me By Your Name" - ruined me for life.

I have ripe peaches in my freezer.  Back in August, I sliced some nice peaches and sprinkled some Fruit Fresh on them and put them into the freezer. 

They taste really wonderful all winter long.  They are best eaten partially thawed. So yummy! Totally thawed, they are mushy.

Now I am hungry for some.  I wish I had a ripe fresh Pineapple too.

It's been more than 20 years since any grocery stores in my area carried good peaches. I'd love one.
