A question about showing a home.

I am checking on this for someone. If a cousin wants you to show their home for sale and they live out of town......would you show the home for $10 a showing? Now it is getting winter and dark at 5pm........then if the home sells..........you would get $100........yet the person showing the home for the homeowner would really be the one selling the home. I don't think $10 a visit is worth the trouble. It could take a hour or more and you would have to show things in the back yard and it is very dark there. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
