BTW, I stopped buying bananas from Trader Joes because they always go from green to brown. No yellow.

That's what I used to do UNTIL I started reacting to bananas (hives) Now I don't buy them any more.

Ripe bananas are good sliced, with a little whip cream. Like a dessert.

I had a friend God rest his soul who used to say he would not buy green bananas because he didn't know if he would be around long enough to eat them after they ripened. Guess that's not true anymore.
