I was watching Friday Night Beauty and Lisa said 1 of the models was 68 years young.
My question is, why do people say that? I don't understand why saying 68 years young, is better than saying 68 years old. To me, saying 68 years young is insinuating even more that the person is old.
Is it just me or does anyone else feels the same way?
