The new thing here, pull out of the parking lot and drive on the shoulder until there's room to get over instead of actually waiting for a break in the traffic.

Scares the you know what out of me every time because you don't know if you are going to be cut off or broadsided.

I ususally park my car far away from those spaces. Everyone wants to be closest tothe door. God forbid they have to walk more than a few feet. 

Besides the crazy drive by's looking for a close space, I find it even scarier that people that can see you trying to back up, walk right behind the car as if they are too dumb to think they might get run over! Or they have their heads down looking at a dumb cellphone like that text cannot wait another second.

Thats why I avoid pulling forward into a space if I can.  I always choose a space at the back of the lot which I can pull through.  I  figure I can use the steps anyway.

I have been studying for renewed D/L and they are all braking the law.

Wonder how they will do on test when their turn comes?
