Shouldn't be necessary but have you reported it?  Hard to tell but its very close to that power line.  If it falls on them, I guess it'll get somebody's attention.

SO very sorry.   Please don't drive under that at all.  Go another route to be safe.

Don't assume it's been reported. That is how I live. If someone else has reported it, no harm. If no one has well I did the right thing then.

Report it even if you think many others already have.  That's a tragedy waiting to happen.

@Kachina624

Especially if a car is driving underneath when the limb brings the power lines down on top of the car. I'd definitely report it to LE.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

They put orange cones (you can see them in the pic) under it and someone did some cutting of limbs at the base have been cut.  Then nada.

There have been power company trucks up and down that road since the storm.  The county next door to where this tree is had 20,000 folks, I think, without power.  The 2 local power companies have brought in other outfits. Several substations were damaged  and to be repaired too.

I'm waiting for strong winds to take that thing down. That tree was against the wires before the snow it just pushed it over more. Every road in this area had branches, limbs and trees against them from prior storms.  You add several inches of wet snow and major power outages like Tuesday are a given.

Maybe the power company has higher priorities elsewhere.  I'm sure they're frantically busy.

@Kachina624  I don't think we have ever had this many folks without power.  One town did not even have cell service and you could always get a signal there.

I said in a different post yes, it was a pain without no power but the worst part was noto get help if you needed it.
