A Tablet that allows me to use Skype and view videos on Youtube?

I've been trying to read as much as I can that you all have posted about all of these new tablets, but it is all a bit confusing to me. It seems that the reviews for the Pandigital tablets are not so good. I am also wondering about the Nextbook sold on HSN.

I am definitely technically challenged, but I'm pretty sure I know what I want in one of these tablets. I don't care all that much about downloading books. I do want something that allows me to use Facebook and view videos on Youtube. I would also like one with a camera so I can use Skype.

Is there a tablet out there that will do all that? Thanks!
