I am not sure what you are "respectively disagreeing" about.  Perhaps it would have been better if you had just thought it and moved on, rather than leaving a cryptic message on the boards for everyone to read.  After all, none of us here are mind readers, at least none that I know of.

I often hear people say they trust until given a reason not to.

 

I don't. Not completely.

 

I know I have to be concerned for me and mine, and while not automatically distrusting,  I feel I have to at least be monitoring and checking that what is to be done is being done and correctly/honestly. This can apply to anything from the cashier giving me the correct change, to the advice given to me by the doctor, to the intent of the girl dating my son. 

 

I'm usually taking anything with a grain of salt, and tend to not fully believe anything is totally what it seems to be or is represented as.
