For those interested PBS will be broadcasting A Capitol Fourth from 8 to 9:30 p.m. and rebroadcast it from 9:30 tp 11 p,m. eastern.

Among this year's performers will be The Beach Boys, Four Tops and Trace Adkins.

@Pandalady, I have no idea why Tom Bergeron is not hosting this year.  I could not find anything about the change but there have been a couple of other years when he did not host.
