I never liked him and refused to watch 7th heaven and now I know why. I had this underlying feeling when I would watch him. He is a terrible sick man. I heard the tapes last night and he has molested girls for many years. I doubt he will be charged.

according to a local news report i just listened to, the LA police department closed the case in 2012, but they are reopening it to see if they "missed anything."

in the meantime, he has been fired/cut from the TED2 movie to be released in 2015.
