So how much $$$ will each claimant get?

The FBI closed this case saying they have no idea why he did this.

Others are investigating conflicting FBI reports and why he went to the Middle East several times.  They are claiming he had contacts with ISIS.  They also claim his gal friend also went to the ME on her own.  True or not, they are continuing to dig.

MGM (Mandalay Bay) should not be held liable ... regardless of how many exits and amount of security personnel, this nut case would have still prevailed.   The culprit is making available the bump stock guns which serve no purpose to society.

Why is MGM at fault for this?
Perhaps they should have run a background check, mental health screening and security check on all guests going forward.

my guess would be that’s the foundation of the lawsuit.

My husband who retired from the military thinks the shooter didn't act alone. He believes something is being covered up. I do think there is more to this shooting too.

I think the Mandalay Bay was at fault to an extent because, in addition to all the guns and ammo he got up to his suite, no hotel personnel (including maids) went into shooter's suite for at least three days.  I read that they have now changed their standard procedures (as should the entire hotel industry).
