Re: 7 EGG LABELS YOU SHOULD STOP PAYING EXTRA FOR

I use a lot of eggs.  If I am using them as a binder...for example for meat balls or meatloaf, or I'm baking with them, I normally buy what's on sale.  That means usually from Costco in multiple dozens.

If I plan to eat them for breakfast I might buy jumbo or double yolks.

There are foods I will pay more for, eggs aren't on that list.

Only organic PASTURE RAISED

If you want the cheap eggs, I hope you take the time to research the barbaric, inhumane torture endured by chickens. Barbaric doesn’t even begin to describe conditions.

I usually bet Egglands Best....but they haven't had any lately where I shop. I do know paying extra for bigger eggs is pointless. All they had left were some jumbo eggs....the exact same size as the large eggs I had at home. I bought them and compared them.

Happy Eggs are the only eggs that don't give me indigestion.  Highly recommend them.  Yolks are tall and very yellow, real eggs IMHO.  Cat Very Happy

Eggs are sized by weight not the size of the shell.

@kindred cats

Very interesting!

I can not eat eggs as a meal.

I get the most horrid stomach pains.

I have no problem eating something that has them in it....but can't eat eggs alone.

I miss them...I miss dipping in the yolk.

I did find one Feel Rite Store in my area that shows Happy Eggs are carried.

You really think they make a difference?

Organic eggs are the best eggs IMO.  Companies who have earned an "organic" label have to meet a certain criteria to maintain that label.  Cage free or free range means nothing.

Just FYI, if you have interest in learning more about healthier, organic foods.... Gorgeously Green Diet by Sophie Uliano is an interesting, informative, enjoyable read!!

@RespectLife .... Like you, I stopped having eggs until I tried Happy Eggs.  Walmart where I live carries them and they have not or barely increased in price.  $5.32/dozen and they are usually tan or brown in color.

I believe they have a website with their story.  I HTH...Cat Happy
