I THINK the reason for the interest (other than the obvious salacious details) was that he reported on or interviewed Bill Clinton about his........issue.

However, they are hardly equivalent. Sure, they both have had extramarital affairs.

However, only ONE of them was President of the United States at the time conducting his business in the Oval Office.

That's what I read somewhere (the reason it was all over the place).

I know I typically like to think the best of people, but I have to agree. Men have more insecurities than women, I believe, and those frailties lead to bad choices that break hearts. So glad I knew and loved Mr. Goldie. There ARE good men out there.
