i have to say i can never say that ,especially with all of the shows that are waiting to be watched on the DVR. i am surprised i get any sleep. LOL

@sunshine45 Hi! Did you post the above regarding you're surprised you are able to get any sleep? If so, Sunshine45, I do believe I sent my post to the wrong poster, LOL! It was actually meant for you. Oh well, not my 1st mistake & sure won't be my last. Anyway, I do agree, I love watching all of my favorite shows that I tape weekly, never thought I'd love tv/movies so much!

I have a bundle package from AT&T - Direct TV (4 tvs) mid-range package, high speed internet and land line.  Cost is $3.91 based on 31 days.  Not bad when figured out daily.

From what I'm reading here we are very spoiled getting our cable with our HOA. They pay $35/month for each home and we can have as many of the little digital boxes we want and one HD box for that. If we want more HD boxes or premium channels we have to pay for that ourselves. However, on the basic cable we are getting hundreds of channels so we don't buy anything extra, except during football season DH used to buy a temporary sports package so he could watch the Steelers but now they are on so often on Sunday, Monday & Thursday night games we really don't need that.

Now I don't feel so bad.  Mine is 7.23/day, based on 30 days.  That's for all three.  The thing I like is that it is local, have a gazillion channels, fast internet, all phone features, and when there's a problem, which is rare, they are right there, via phone, to fix the problem immediately.   No home visits necessary.
