Just recently turned 60. Never joined AARP and I don’t remember if you’re eligible at 50 or 55?

 

anyway, it seems they’ve been bombing me with weekly mail for a very long time.  It seems like they invest a lot of $$$ trying to recruit new members.

Yes, AARP starts at 50.  They started bombarding me with membership applications at 49.

you can join AARP at the age of 18 if your spouse or partner is 50+.

i have had a card since the age of 39.
