In my extended family there are numerous members of law enforcement, with the highest ranking one being a lieutenant in the NYC Police Department. I can only imagine what they're all going through in their minds right now. On the flip side I have a cousin who is a defense attorney in the same city who when he gets together with the lieutenant, sparks fly. They have much different outlooks on the world. You can imagine what family get togethers are like.
