I wonder if that would be enough to move this into Federal Court under RICO?

That would solve the problem of moving to a state that is lenient on child molesters--which in itself is a sickening thought.

It's pretty well known that Gothard is funded by Hobby Lobby. They bought and donated the building where Gothard ran the program that Josh was sent to as a teen.

Yep, that's just one of the reasons I haven't set foot in a Hobby Lobby in years. I don't want any of my money going to the kinds of things the Hobby Lobby family supports and I don't believe an employer should be able to deny insurance coverage for birth control - or anything else - based on his or her own religion.
