When you find something that's reportedly 5,000 years old depicting an event that took place a bit over two thousand years ago, either the dating is wrong, or the interpretation of what was found is wrong. In this case I would say that was a very, very liberal interpretation of the artwork.

There were prophecies predicting this event

Were the Egyptians looking for a Messiah, too?

Since that is where the Holy Family fled to, it's possible, some were.

If I saw the image with no other interpretation, I'd be more likely to say it was a map. The darker grey/green/brown area between the two larger figures could be a river and the smaller figure could be drawn to indicate it was farther away up/down the river. The animals depicted could be to show where they live in relation to the river and the settlements indicated by the images of the people.
A map showing human settlements and where game can be found would be pretty important five thousand years ago. I just find any serious claim that this is a foretelling of the nativity stretching things a bit far. I could be wrong, but that's my view. It doesn't look like any nativity I've seen, but it looks a lot like a map indicating a river and three human settlements and where game can be found.

Thats the interesting thing about archaeology. It can be open to interpretation
I'll go with people ,who actually do this for a living

3000 bc is when the neolithic period ends.
Jewish tradition holds that the oral Torah that was given to Moses on Mt Sinai was around 1300 bc. Monotheism isn't even postulated to arrive before 1000 bc.
Since it was found in Egypt and dated to around 3000 bc during the time of ancient egyptian polytheism I'm not seeing how it's a prophecy of Christ.

I'm sure the people who do this for a living are well aware of that.Archaeology keeps uncovering more things all the time. Lots of the pieces are still missing
