I realize that homes in Indiana are some of the lowest priced homes in the country. BUT when I see what I consider a tiny, 40+ y/o, 1000 sf home on a postage size lot in a suburb of a major city selling for $500k or so, all I can think is: How much are those people getting paid at their jobs to spend that kinda money for that kinda home?
So, for you people who have these kind of home prices, fess up! Are you all making $2M/yr??
Or are you spending 90% of your take-home pay on housing, or ???
