I didn't see any in their inventory list. Do you think you might have seen Escape instead of Edge?

No, definitely advertised as the Edge, others are showing them too, but they appear to be very limited and because they show them doesn't mean they have them. One dealer local to me iin the mid-Atlantic proclaims they only have three and who knows if they actually have them.  There seems to be a good bit of chatter that Ford is not going to continue with them. They were to be phased out with the '24 model but who knows what corporate America is up to.

Yeah I'm not looking for anything as big as an expedition. Those big land yachts are a thing of the past for us. The Edge seems to fit the bill if I can find them.

There appear to be a good number of 'new' but '24 models in my region as well.

I also read that Ford decided to back off its EV production and may go ahead with the 2025 Edge after all.  Although I don't remember when that article was dated.

But who knows, indeed.

@monicakm  I'm not into white cars.  I must say, the above pic is a head turner.  👍🏾

I'm also a Ford "babe."  My very first car I paid for was a 1973 Ford Pinto purchased new-$2k.  In it's 14th year, I gave it to my oldest who was a Senior in high school.  After my oldest went off to college, sold it to my mechanic for $1k who gave it to his oldest.

My favorite was a 2000 Ford Escort ZX2, cobolt blue.  Had that baby for 17 years until it started nickle & diming me.

My current is a 2017 Fiesta sedan purchased new which they no longer make.  I had it factory made so I could get everything I wanted.

@Mz iMac  Sadly, domestic brands, Ford included, make very few passenger cars anymore. Virtually and with only a few exceptions, the only thing domestic brands now make are SUV's and trucks.  GM has very few brands left: Caddie, Buick (SUV's only) and Chevy, as does Ford, which has dumped Mercury and, for the most part, Lincoln (other than road tank SUV's) and Chrysler is pretty much a goner too, though they retain Dodge.

Very true & unfortunate. Ford sends me a survey after every maintenance appointment, and the last question is always about Ford in general and what they can do. I always respond that they need to make more sedans. Not everyone wants a truck, SUV, or Mustang.

I've owned Ford, Lincoln, & Mercury sedans. Still have a Fusion but they're not making them anymore. Will probably need at least one more car before my "time is up". Not sure what I will buy.

Wow...very nice!

As for myself, I still drive my 1989 white Pontiac Firebird. I bought it used - 1 yr old in 1990 for $7,999 and still drive it today. I still enjoy driving it and all the simple features...roll down windows, sunroof and am/fm/cassette player. Smiley Very Happy

I dread the day I will eventually have to change vehicles...hopefully never to be quite honest. If I do though, I will look for a used vehicle (earlier than 2000). I don't want a vehicle with all the fancy, distracting techy stuff.

The safety features are worth the trade-up at some point, @Susan Louise.

@tansy  DH and I will NEVER purchase a new vehicle. He happily drives his father's 1996 Chevy pick-up truck he inherited years ago.

If either of us have to give up our vehicles due to them not running anymore, we will chose a used older model of 2000 or earlier.

I called them. They said they didn't have any and that Ford stopped making it after 2024 model.  Weatherford isn't too terribly far away. I would gladly have driven there to buy my Edge Titanium.  I've checked with two other Ford dealerships closer to me and nobody has one and both dealerships said they won't come out with a 2025.

Are you talking about the two photos I posted? The top one is an Edge and the bottom one is a Flex like I currently Drive.  An expedition is way bigger than both.
