That's only about 1$ per cherry at about a dollar a day! You could even cut each of them in two and double the servings! Act now!

It pains me to think some fool will buy these.

But wait!! There's more!!
It comes with a darling cream colored cardboard container that can be reused! Put it on your counter and store jewelry or makeup in it! Buy several and use them for gift giving with an African Violet planted in it!
I smell gift closet potential . . . emphasis on the word smell . .

I haven't read the description, but if (and this is a big if) they're a rare variety, new to the market, grown organically, with a bigger demand than supply, the price isn't absurd. If they're just a common, readily available variety, that's just been cherry picked to get the optimum quality, then yeah it's absurd.
When some of the exotically colored bell peppers came on the market a few years back it wasn't unheard of for them to retail for $5-$10 each pepper, and peppers are a snap to grow. People will pay for rare and exotic stuff.

Once upon a time, I heard a friend say she orders bread online and pays $20 a loaf plus shipping.
I don't think I could taste enough difference - any more than I'd pay $50 for a bottle of wine or $20 for a pound of cherries.
I'm not watching - what's the pitch? Why so expensive? Cherries are at their cheapest in local markets now and they're good, too.

You could cut them all in half and have two gifts.

I would say that is taking "overpriced" to a whole new level ...

I saw that in new arrivals too and thought, well, no, I don't think so.
Cherries coated with gold for that price.
