2 YO inside a Crane game

A 2 YO in Pennsylvania climed inside one of those crane games at the mall food court.

She was rescued and is just fine.

I searched the web looking for an article to post but could only find videos of the story.

I did find a second video showing another child as she climbs into the game.

Why are parents not supervising their toddlers?
