So dramatically graphic, @godi !   What a great shot.  Reminds me of the mysterious, almost rhythmic winding staircases that are a repeating motif in film noir....

@Imaoldhippie  This house is in Bedford Pa. It has two businesses in it on bottom floor and upstairs is Air BB. The owner lives there also. 

This house was built by Dr. John H. Hofius. It was built in 1814. It was meticulously restored. It's just amazing inside. 

The built ins in this house are amazing. There were so many people at the open house I couldn't get clear shots. I got lucky on the staircase.

I used many of Escher's pictures in my geometry class.  This staircase is too dizzying for me to even do more than a glimpse !
