13 year old calls father by first name

a neighbors young 13 year old spoke to her father and instead of calling him daddy or dad she used his first name throughout the entire conversation, and the father indeed looked very uncomfortable.

this must be a sign of changing times.........i would never fathom doing that as a youngster or child of any age, but unfortunately today there is no respect, as there was years ago, and this is just my humble opinion.
