Re: 10 years my junior. Yay or nay?

Depends on the guy .... who he is, what's he done, occupation, education, interests, religion, etc. ..... basically the same criteria I'd have for any guy.

It’s just a number. Why deny it yourself. Have fun and enjoy each other. ❤️❤️

Don't marry anyone...if you want to be happy in your old age. Imo, marriage is not all what it is made out to be, especially in your senior years...lots of baggage and I don't mean the kind under the eyes.

I had started looking at online dating sites and looking for men around my age. I had a few dates and then I realized that the men who were my age were too old! So, no, I don't see a problem dating a few years younger as long as you have enough in common for discussions and you don't have to explain pop culture to him!

At the age range you and your friend are now, I would say no it wouldn't matter to me.

I don’t think I’d bat an eye. It’s not like you’re wanting to have children with him. Total non issue

If he was 65 and you were 55, would you or anyone else be asking that question???  No, you wouldn't.  There's virtually no difference between 55 and 65; you are of the same generation.

What does it matter? We only go around once and we should allow ourselves to enjoy our life. Enjoy yourself and your relationship.

I don't think I'd worry about it at this point.  It sounds like your having a good time spending time together.  At your ages, ten years isn't that far apart.  It would be different if he was 20 and you 30.
