[Venezia]

No email or snail mail credit for me, but that's no big surprise.  I've never gotten any of the "stuff" that QVC gives to select customers.  Same with HSN.

I must shop too much, so they figure there's no need to try to lure me in, but maybe I'll change that this year.

@Venezia    I, too, have never received anything from QVC other than what I have ordered and paid for.  No mugs, coupons, etc.  I am a power shopper, so they must think they don't need to do anything to keep me as a customer. 

Like you, I may have to rethink my actions.  

HSN does offer discounts from time to time.  Hmmmm

I had to bump this thread up because to my absolute shock, I got an email with a $10 credit yesterday.

This time, unlike the $5 credit they "gave" me before that I got too late to use, I got the email earlier in the day, so was able to find something in my wish list to use it on.

LOL - the item I ordered has since gone to waitlist, so I'm hoping that my order at least gets fulfilled.  I know from past experience that, if it doesn't, I lose the $10 credit.  Fingers crossed!

Surprise to me, I ordered a pair of skechers last night & for some reason it gave me a $10 credit; hopefully everyone will get one.

@colleena - Had to be the same thing I was notified about via email.  Good thing you ordered because it was only good till midnight.  I wonder why you didn't get an email?

But LOL not holding my breath about HSN, since they couldn't figure out why I never get anything.  I still check though.  Hope springs eternal!

No, but I got my $15 off of $50 and ordered a Dennis Basso coat.  It’s beautiful!

@Venezia My emails from QVC are few & far between.  & who knows I may have had other credits but just didn't know it, lol ... it would b smart of them to let me know so I'd order more.
