I've only heard of two of them. Anyway, I am of the opinion that "healthiest fast food restaurants" is an oxymoron.

I wish Subway's offerings tasted as good as they are healthy.

Have you ever tried their veggie sub? It's not bad.
Their cold-cuts are pretty gross.

This is interesting......There are a number of these here in the St. Louis area (home of Panera Bread)..... We have #3, #6, #7, and #9.......

I've never heard of 1, 4, 5, 6, or 7. But it's encouraging that some 'fast food' places are trying to make more healthy food.

I could never get on board with any of those sandwich places. I am far too food-neurotic. They handle money, then they handle food. I have to laugh when they wear gloves - then they handle money and handle food with their glove hands.
But the worst thing, for me, was that they would use the same knife with (gross) mayonnaise that they used for other things so if you were somebody like me, for whom mayonnaise is one of the grossest things EVER, you would end up with it anyway. Last time I went to one I just threw the sandwich in the trash on my way out, then I never went back.
Although I tried another such store because I was craving pastrami and swiss on rye and I had heard this place was good. The name was Schlotsky's or something similar to that. I went in and the manager was right there at the counter. I asked her if there was any way I could get a sandwich, but if they could use a clean knife that wasn't in the mayo. I was very polite. While it's my rule to always be polite until somebody gives you a reason not to, I'm super polite with people who handle food. Anyway, I lied and said I was allergic to mayo and that was the reason for my request. She said 'no'. Just that - no. So I left. I thought that was really weird.

I never heard of any of those except for Panera bread and Subway! lol. I don't go to either.
We eat out at locally owned restaurants 99.9% of the time.
The only chain restaurants we go to once in a great while are; Pizza Hut and Olive Garden.

Panera can be so unhealthy. I won't eat anything from Panera except their turkey sandwich on whole grain-no mayo or their classic cafe salad with no dressing. Their black bean soup isn't too bad either as far as calories. 90% of what Panera offers as far as food is laden with fat and calories. I used to like Panera more, but I think the amount of "meat"/protein is a joke. They give like one slice of turkey. I always have to get extra protein on the classic cafe salad. Usually I have them add double portion turkey as the chicken can be grisly.
