Hi - anyone else out there seen a $10.00 credit applied to orders recently?  Just wondering what the reason is... don’t believe I’ve returned anything recently that would warrant it?  This morning was the 2nd time in a week I’ve seen it when I check out.  ( BTW - not checking out with Q Card either )

@olliecat Yes, and it was a mystery.  Customer  service told me it was due to my patience over Lock & Lock which was taking over a month for them to ship.  I gladly used it!  It happened about 2 weeks ago.

Yes, I received 3 credits all for orders being delayed shipping.  That was a pleasant surprise.  I hadn't complained because they were things that I wasn't in a hurry for anyway.

I received it also but it was for an item that I had already received and returned.  Now they have shipped me that item again!  As soon as I receive it I am going to call because I don't want to pay return shipping again!
