I agree a thousand percent. For crying out loudyou can see the size of the cup. If you want more drink, order a bigger one and shut up. This person should be ashamed. If you don't like it don't buy it. You are free to not buy something you don't like. Case closed.
My main complaint is I can't get enough ice in anything. McDonalds is the world's worst at not putting enough ice in. You can BEG for more ice and get maybe one more crummy cube. I live in the SOUTH and it is HOT and I NEED ICE in my COKE! Sonic is the only place I can get enough ice when I ask for extra ice.
@Sooner this made me laugh out loud as if I do buy a large soda from McDonald's I have been happy with the amount of ice in the drink but was absolutely stunned at the amount of ice in my drink from Sonic as it was three quarters filled (and I live in the suburbs of Chicago and it was not summer so keeping the drink cold was not a problem). Now I know to ask for less ice when I place my order . . .
Or you can move down here where it gets to be 107 in the summer and you'll BEG for more ice! ![]()

So there you go. Don't "protect" us from ourselves. If you don't like the way they make iced coffee and they won't change it, buy it somewhere else. Make your own. You can't legislate personal preference. As long as they aren't advertising it deceptively (no, you are getting X amount of coffee and ice--work it out), just use some common sense and DON'T BUY if you don't like it.
Lawsuits like this take up valuable time, money and effort, and make a mockery of what the laws are intended for.

Hmmm . . . let me think about this . . . move to where it gets up to 107 degrees and is probably as I am always assured a "dry" heat . . . yeah . . . NO. I am so happy that this has been a cool spring I can't tell you. I inherited my mom's thermostat so I am all for cooler temperatures (and ice in soft drinks in moderation) . . . ![]()
