The legislature has already starting revising the language of that law, which does make it illegal.

The way our world is today, this ruling doesn't surprise me in the least.  However, it does completely disgust me -- as do so many things these days.

No doubt it would be different once a man wearing loose fitting shorts and a ruler for measuring is some how added to the video comes out.  That is a "ruling" most men want no part of, but the photo would probably make them quite proud.

In my opinion, the law is perfectly clear.  It's the justices that are not and are probably testing the efficacy of our new medical marijuana laws.  

It's ridiculous to have the legislature tied up "fixing" a law to exactly spell out that a common sense violation is just that; a violation.

And people wonder why nothing gets done in our governments.  Apparently, they are too busy with nonsense and busy work like this.

most people I see wear slacks, shorts, capri's I don't see many dresses.

What I would do is pass gas and he would back off pretty fast.
