Relios New Return Policy

Beware of the new return policy that charges $9.95 restocking fee for exchanges in size and issues that are yours i.e.(didn't like).

Yes, I found about this when I wanted to return a jewelry purchase. I also noticed that the original lifetime guarantee has changed if I remember correctly to a year guarantee and then you need to pay for any repairs. I still love her jewelry but am more careful about selection from Carolyn's website.

Uh, that's a move in the wrong direction. Thanks for the heads up. I've always felt so good about CP jewelry as they would repair it if anything went wrong...and I've had that done on two occasions. Going forward, I will consider my purchases more carefully. I'm simply not going to pay a restocking fee.
